A quote is an estimate of a premium for the insurance coverage you selected and information you provided. Here at Advanced Insurance Marketing, we work hand-in-hand with independent agents to generate an effective quote. The quote amount is intended to be an aggressively realistic estimate based on the information we have from the assessor and your experience in your market. Obviously a person's credit score and claim history will impact the actual quote you are able to provide. The whole idea is to generate an inbound phone call that gives you the ability to provide comparative information and hopefully close the homeowners policy, along with auto and anything else.
On the Client Portal there is a rate chart we have agents complete. You essentially enter an annual premium amount for a home of $200k in value, then at $250k, $300k, $350k, etc. and based on the assessor data we calculate the quote amount from the chart. We can also calculate the premium from a replacement cost per square foot as an alternate option.
